The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is a UK-based charity dedicated to preventing suicide, particularly among men under the age of 45. CALM works to challenge societal stigma around mental health and encourages people to seek help when they are struggling.

Andy’s man club

Andy's Man Club is a UK-based charity that provides free, peer-to-peer support groups for men aged 18 and over, with a core mission of preventing male suicide.
