A combination of two broken minds.

We’re two nuerodivergent men who’ve battled with mental health for most of our lives. Real Struggle Co. was born from those experiences - not just living with the weight of them, but dealing with suicide within our own families.

After a lot of long talks and real conversations, we realised two things: most men don’t feel safe enough to open up, and the mental health space rarely represents people like us. A bond was formed, and our vision grew.

Too often, it’s surface-level positivity, quick fixes, or smiles and slogans that mean nothing to those of us actually struggling. That’s not us. This brand became everything we stand for, it exists to say what’s really going on - to build a community for people who are done pretending and want to represent the truth behind mental health. If that sounds like you, welcome.
